Terms of Service
Master Swap Agreement (MSA)
By using SwapWork, you agree to the Master Swap Agreement, which governs all exchanges on our platform. The MSA is built on three core pillars:
The Vault
All cash top-ups are held in the Swap Vault. Funds are only released upon mutual confirmation of work completion.
Digital Handshake
Accepting a deal constitutes a binding Digital Handshake. Professionalism and integrity are mandatory for all Swappers.
Professionalism
Users must maintain a professional standard. Dispute resolution is handled through our peer-review system and escrow logic.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SwapWork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the SwapWork application for personal or professional skill exchange. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not modify or copy the materials for resale.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a swap, users agree to first attempt resolution through the internal SwapWork Dispute Center. Our escrow system holds all cash portions until a resolution is reached or work is certified.
4. South African Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
